For those who demand superior quality!

The average human tongue has 10,000 tastebuds. Put each and everyone of them to work on Our Berries.

Our Blueberries. Freshness. Taste. Health. Above all.

Our delicious blueberries are plucked from the teeming barrens of the northeast coast through a traditional picking system. This ensures Indian Bay Frozen Food's blueberries are wild, pure, and pesticide and additive-free. We go to great lengths to ensure our blueberries remain as they were plucked, and with good reason -the berry has a whole lot of goodness packed into our succulent berries, and not just in taste.

Our Patridgeberries. Savour the flavour.

You may know them as lingonberries. Consumers around the world, especially in Scandinavia, delight in the splendid taste of these rich cranberry-like berries. The partridgeberry was favourite of the Vikings and today remains a delicacy for its piquant taste. Partidgeberries are red, tart and smaller than cranberries, but with a more distinct, full flavour. Our Premium Partridgeberry Jam is sure to awaken your breakfast table, and our Pie Filling is the centre attraction of a desert that will send tastebuds into spasms of delight. The adventurous chef recognizes partridgeberries as the perfect complement to dishes like turkey and game or in pancakes.

Our Bakeapples. Golden by every account.

To set the record straight, they're not apples at all. The bakeapple is a distant cousin of the raspberry, but has a rich golden colour and superior, unique taste. Others may recognize bakeapples as "cloudberries." Newfoundlanders have roamed coastal barrens for generations to gather bakeapples, which are a gold onto themselves and a versatile, spectacular ingredient upon which to build pies, tarts, crumbles, wines and preserves. They are also a rich source of Vitamin C. Bakeapples grow in abundance around the clean, cold inlets and coastline of the North Atlantic coast, and we're only too pleased to bring the wild taste of Newfoundland to your kitchen.
